Hi you may try:
1) connect to other PC install driver and test if ok mean printer and driver work normal. if not ok, change cable test again. this step should be done to make sure the printer good or not.
2) change a USB interface on your PC cancel old driver and reinstall driver test, if still not connect
3) virus attack damage your system somewhere, recovery your system files using antivirus scan or system recovery using system restore tools. not solve go next
4) reinstal windows
