Hi, welcome to Fixya.

The belt has come off for a reason, and there are a few reasons for it to do so.

1- You have overloaded the m/c
2- It is not draining properly.
3- The main drum bearings have gone. Before replacing the belt spin the drum by hand, and if it is noisy or feels rough , then the bearings have gone.
That means calling an engineer.
4- Worn or broken belt.
To refit the belt, do the following.
Remove top cover, and rear panel.
Tilt the m/c forwards, and support it.
Reach inside and slip the belt over the motor pulley, then start feeding the belt round the drum pulley, it is fiddley, but this is the only way, as you get the belt futher round, it will get very tight, so don't trap your fingers, just keep on going.
If it slips off, start again.
Goodluck.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks, And a merry xmas.

Assuming you fitted the belt correctly, and that it was reasonably tight, then if it has come off again, then you have another problem

Sorry can't provide more info than I already have.

The first problem: when the tombour turns I hear a loud noise. Then the tombour does not turn any more when the machine is loaded with garment, but when it is empty, it turns slowly.

It is most likely either the belt or the idlers which the belt wraps around. Open the top (disconnect first) and have someone turn the drum while you watch to see if the belt is slipping.
I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
I appreciate your vote if you appreciate my reply.

Washer wont start hotpoint first edition 800, WM51

If you have established that the washer is getting power, then I would suspect that the door interlock is the cause of the trouble., try fitting a new one.

Remove rear panel, remove top cover,.tilt washer forwards, get someone to hold it for you, and fit belt round motor pulley first, then start feeding it round drum pulley, easing drum round at same time, it will be tight, so watch you fingers,

Hotpoint WM51 Washing Machine keeps tripping the electric

Ok that rules out the heating element. There are a number of possible causes so bear with me while i go through them.
Can you open the door? If so leave it open then turn on the machine. Does it trip?
