Hello the driver can be downloaded here:

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P5P800-MX&p=1&s=22

If it is a asus mainboard.
Select first your windows system.
Next open the driver folder, and click on global for download.
Unzip the file before you install the driver.
Other files can be found here at intel:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

By running the update utility.

Or visit the mainboards manufactures homepage.

Good luck finding the driver.

Hi i using ASUS P5GV-MX Motherboard i want upgrade processor so kindly give me specifications

Hello take a look here at the homepage:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5GVMX/#CPUS

Here is the list of supported cpu for the mainboard.

Your mainboard use Socket 775 for Intel Pentium 4.
This cpu type is phased out.
But you can always look for a used one.

You maybe have to upgrade the bios to support a bigger cpu.

Hope this was helpfull

Earlier i had ASUS P5G-MX motherboard & 2.0 GHz Core 2 duo Processor.I upgrade my Motherboard to Asus P5KL-AM/PS & then i have a black screen with my 2.0 ghz processor, But i tried 2.8 ghz Core 2...

HI,

The only Thing To Do, is view both Motherboards, user Manuals.
To see The boards CPU Support List.
It could be to do with, certain Motherboards Supporting, certain CPUs.
I.e a 533mhz cpu, would not run on a Motherboard that supports 400mhz. The Systems Bios, May cause Other Problems.
If your getting a Black Screen, is it a possible Graphics/Ram Problem, Rather Than The CPU ??

Compatible motherboard.

This board does not support Intel Centrino, or any Intel.
The Centrino is designed for notebooks. For a PC I would suggest a Intel Pentium D 925 Processor. If your looking to stay with Asus and the Socket 775, I can suggest this site:
http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11
All Mb on the site compatible with the Skt 775.
