Of those, only the following 6 outcomes sum to 7: (2,1), (2,2),(2,3) ...(2,6)

(3,4) . .
(4,3) . .

is the simplified answer because you can't break up the polynomials. The polynomials are like groups and you can't break them apart unless the polynomial itself can be simplified like


can be simplified to 2(x+2)

so in which case you could simplify the problem down further.

If i had 2 blue balls and 4 white balls what is my chances of getting a white then a blue ball?

there's a 66% chance to get the white ball, and then a 40% change to get a blue one..
so totally you have 26% chance to get your combination if i'm right
