this is what happens to my brother .so your phone wont charge.its not the phone its the charger the charger is somtimes acting stupid and u have to put it in the right place to charge. just think of getting a new charger
I don't know if this will work but I had a similar scare this morning, it could be that the charger isn't quite making contact with the phone, so make sure that the charger is pressed onto the correct part. (the metal part from the charger is pressed onto the metal part in the phone) I had the same thing where my phone was charging all night and it wouldn't turn on. I just had that at&t logo. I pressed the charger right and tried turning it on again and it finally came on. I hope this helps!
Take out your battery wait a couple seconds and return it then try turning it on again still if it wont turn on take out your battery and plug in your charger with the battery out if it works your battery might have blown up or something also u could possible try it with your battery in and your charger pugged in
well about the arrows being upside down, some phones like this one the charger goes in up side down like for example the katanas. But about the charging issue check in the back of the phone and look for a red or white sticker or maybe pink. if its red then thats indicating that it has been water damaged and if its white then that indicates that if might not be but if you look in the charge port and check if it has like some green and white corosion in it. First you must determine is it the charger faulty or the phone ? , have you a friend with the same phone if so try her or his battery to see if your phone is ok if so try the charger with your battery and see if it charges if it does get a new charger , if it did not charge or work with your friends battery or charger the sorry it would be cheaper to buy a new phone than try to get it fixed ...
if you haven't got a friend with the same phone have a local electrician check if there is an output from your charger . if there is it may just be the battery try a new one if still no luck it is probably the phone's charger circuit gone pop ,, sorry .. vortash
Since it's a new phone, I would suggest checking the outlet the charger is plugged into. The outlet may not actually be charger your phone. If you try another one and the battery still drains quick, I'd definately see if I could return it.
