Make sure the drivers for both monitors are installed. Update the driver for your graphics card. Hopefully this will fix your problem. Good luck.

Display resolution on my pc is not good

Check the model of your motherboard with the tool CPU-Z from here. search for the drivers on the internet. From Device Manager (open with the run command: devmgmt.msc), see whether the driver is installed properly or not. The Windows XP and Windows 7 drivers are different. so you have to install updated drivers means for Windows 7 operating system only. Check the motherboard manufactures web site to download the drivers and to get more information.

for 32 bit or 64 bit system
  • There's no SP3 for the 64-bit version of Windows XP. If you're running the 64-bit version of Windows XP with SP2, you have the latest service pack and will continue to be eligible for support and receive updates until April 8, 2014. To find out what version you're running, see Is my PC running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?

  • you need to have other service packs installed before sp3 can be installed

Just bought the kodak ESP 3, i put the software cd in and follow instructions everything seems to be going good until the end. A screen pops up sayin the instalation has been interrupted. Please try...

Go to Kodak's website and download the software. Here is the link: http://support.en.kodak.ca/app/answers/detail/a_id/32108/session/L3RpbWUvMTI5OTk2NzA1Ni9zaWQvT3ozbEpNb2s%3D%2Fselected%2Ftrue/selected/true

It looks like the software supports Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Vista but it does not support Windows XP 64-bit.

If you have Windows XP but don't know if it is 32- or 64-bit then do the following.
    1) Right-click on My Computer
    2) Left-click Properties
    3) The top half of the resulting window will show Windows XP then 64-bit. If you do not see 64-bit anywhere then you are using the 32-bit version.
