Whenever I restart my pc, Display resolution use to 8-bit. I change that to 32-bit and it worked for whole session. When I restart my pc again. It shows again 7-bit.I fed up changing screen resolution every time I restart pc.This problem start when I Install multiple monitors
Make sure the drivers for both monitors are installed. Update the driver for your graphics card. Hopefully this will fix your problem. Good luck.

There's no SP3 for the 64-bit version of Windows XP. If you're running the 64-bit version of Windows XP with SP2, you have the latest service pack and will continue to be eligible for support and receive updates until April 8, 2014. To find out what version you're running, see Is my PC running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?
