Having problem finding one. Is there a model #?
Also what are you trying to find out? as sometime googling the problem finds a solution faster than googling manual.

Ignition problem

Sometime the batteries in the drawer fade (yes even new ones). I am asking, is that after the flow initially stops, the Automatic Start will not fire up when there is a demand for hot water (Is this what you meant when you say "The water is turned off" and "Then on again". Check the batteries for being the right way around (I Have installed them 1/2 forward and 1/2 back ward as a set, the one cancelled the other one out....my Bad....Ooops) The battery should be only needed if the power fails, but not sure about this model. Does the Owners manual say anything about no hot water? IF that was tried, you may need to call the heating / cooling techs that are familiar with this unit.

I have a honeywell rth110b thermo and the other day I noticed that the display was fading and it looked like the battery icon was showing so I changed the batteries and now the display is completely blank...

The manual does not have troubleshooting steps.
Check the battery polarity, and clean points of connection.
Otherwise honeywell.com has customer care number

Hi... im at a friends home and am in need of help with the water but cant find an operations manual. The top pilot switch was set to off and the bottom temp control was on vacation. Am i able to just...

Identify gas control valve, with instructions for lighting each type... these instructions also show on side of water heater.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-gas-water-heater.html#intellivent

Knob rotated to off...means pilot light is off, and water heater is off.
Read instructions shown with each gas control valve shown on link above.
Don't forget that gas supply to water heater has to be ON. Gas shut off valve must be parallel with gas line.

Can I replace the igniter on my rheem water heater RHLP

1) Rheem does not post service manuals for their brands of tankless, or tank-type water heater:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Troubleshoot-Rheem-Tankless-water-heater.html
Replace the thing:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-install-gas-water-heater.html#install

2) Probably you can call Rheem and give model and serial number and they will send part.
However, based on responses at fixya, Rheem most likely will not send instructions.
Rheem does not want customers repairing gas appliances.

3) Go to Bosch website, and track down their service bulletins for possible assistance

The problem requires looking at manual and service handbook, except handbook doesn't show most recent water heater.
My first check point would be gas supply, and then vent draft, and then air supply.
Take off front cover and try lighting again to make sure air supply is not problem.
Review lighting instructions.
If there is no gas, and gas is turned ON, then gas control valve is suspect.

How do you relight the pilot light after it has blown out or the gas supplied has been turned off.

Instructions for relighting pilot on Tankless water heater are in the product manual:
Model number is on label located on side of unit.
Open following link to help identify product and download possible manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Troubleshoot-Bosch-Tankless-water-heater.html

For tank-type water heater, the lighting instructions are usually printed on side of tank in addition to the product manual.

Find the model number and re-post question with as much information as possible for more assistance.
