How to remove hitch from spare tire on a Nissan Pathfinder 2005?

I have an Infinit QX56 and it uses the same tool to release the spare from under the rear of the SUV/lift gate. All you need to do is open the storage compartment in the rear hatch and get out the lug wrench bag out that has the tools. There is a long tool that looks like a bar with a "T" at the end. This will go into a hole in the rear bumper under the hatch. Then attach the extention tool and finaly lug wrench to the end with the hole in it. Rotate until you feel it catch, then rotate counter clockwise to lower the tire. Once it hits the floor, release a bit more tension so you can manuver the chain and holder out from the center of the rim. Lastly do these steps in reverse (rotate clockwise) to put the tire back under. Hope this helps!

Go to the junkyard and buy a replacement...or go to a tire dealer and ask them to help , what could they charge you $20?

one possibility could be that there's moisture getting into the system somewhere. Either along the wiring, or at the sensor itself (highly unlikely unless you're leaking air and moisture is getting inside your tire)

if you look back by your rear license plate you should see a hole, in it shoud be a place to use your tire tool, you crank on this to unwind the cable that holds the tire up. hope this helps, good luck!
