It sounds like a bad thermostate, it culd be easier and cheaper to get a new heater. Check their website for replacement parts and be sure it's a job you think you can tackle.

CANNOT SET TEMPERATURE

Nominal tempretures for the refrigerator side are 36-38 degrees. Nominalk tempreture for the freezer section is 0-4 degrees. Your main board that controls your entire refrigeration can be found on this diagram as 1-5 http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/50039314-00004.png
What tempreture are you trying to achieve? By setting the unit colder you also cause the unit to work harder as well shortening the lifespan of your refrigeration compressor as well as other key parts that perform to make your unit produce cold. Some key things to look for are any type of freeze up on the rear wall of the freezer which is termed as a defrost issue and if you do have this issue message me back and I can instruct you to solve this situation. I await your reply
Thank you,
Rick

When the tempretures get very hot my fridge won't keep things very cold. It was purchased new and put in our pool house. With the thermostat set to the coldest position it will only cool to around...

First of all make sure you check there points:

1. Keep at least 12 inch distance between wall and backside of refrigerator so that there is enough ventilation for the compressor heat exchanger.
2. There are some gaps between items kept in refrigerator and it is not stuffed with too many things. Its something same as AC fails to cool in a crowded room, if you overload the refrigerator, it will fail to cool.
3. Frequency of opening of door. If door is open quite often then it will cool less. It happens in summers that people open it more often for cold water or ice etc.

If above all fails then keep a small table fan behind the refrigerator blowing air directly on the heat exchanger and if this also fails then get it checked by technician for:

1. Low gas
2. Compressor Fitness

I have a commercial garland air deck gas oven model G56PB its not staying heated to the set temp. it will heat up to the set temp. then five minutes later the tempreture will drop and will not heat up to...

I have seen Garland's have issues with the pilot light. see if you can watch the cycle. It may takes several minutes. I have seen where the pilot actually lifts off the pilot assembly and go out and cause oven to fail. Turning off and on resets the failure and sometimes it will light. Start there and be patient.

Heat blow cold out passanger side even when climate control is on 90 but blows hot on drivers side can u tell me whats wrong and the location of where the part is on the car to fix it

the part is under the dash, passenger side which is a actuator motor that runs off the programmer. It will open and close the heater box door depending where you set the heat tempreture range. There is one for both sides and the right one is the bad one

2004 sienna heating system problem. With the from heat control set to hot it sometimes blows hot and the cold air back and forth on its own with the heat set to hot?

try turning the blower down, if you have the fan on full you will feel cooler air from time to time. as the thermostat only measures the ambient tempreture inside the car when this level is met then it will turn off the heat so it will only blow the air from the car which will feel cooler.
if the car is still cold suspect the tempreture control in the car maybe faulty or the water level in the system maybe low.

2004 Yukon XL - air conditioner is working fine, then heat comes on on drivers side and air stays on on passenger side

suspect tempreture sensor on drivers side. it seems to send a signal that this side of the car is too cold.

if you have duel setting so driver can control both sides at same time set also to air and see if it jumps to heat on both sides, if so there seems to be an electical problem with the tempreture contoler.

Heater fan blows out cool air then car over heats then blows hot and cools the car back off. It does this over and over. Changed thermastat and waterpump already.

is your vehicle automat climate control ?
suspect the tempreture sensor in the vehicle is defective and is not giving a true reading of the relationship between the set tempreture and the true air tempreture.

Truck heater is stuck ON

There is a blend door motor on top of the housing. If you open the glove box, and look to the top of the housing near the left rear of the glove box, you should see the blend door motor. You can check it at this point. Also check the housing, as I have seen a number of these with a damaged or broken housing.
