Nothing to worry about it as of now. Simply remove the power from your pc or just push the power button on your pc for more than 3 seconds it will restart and once it has restarted format your mp3 player and dump the songs once more. It seems that the particular song which was being played has fall under bad sector hence your pc went under loop. Once formatted that bad sector will either be repaired or marked in both the cases you will not face the problem again.
Been using this for a few months. Froze up on same song while on vacation last month, and continued to play same song on repeat until battery went down. Now is frozen with "Do Not Disconnect" as it was being charged on my laptop. Attempted to unplug and plug back in and Windows gives DO NOT DISCONNECT!!!!!
Take out the four screws on the back and pop out the battery then put it back on. Make sure you synced the songs properly. Add to the problem how you added your songs and I might be able to help.
