Question about Zebra P330i Thermal Card Printer
I had the same problme and I've changed the black Intensity from 0 to -10 in : Print properties > Color Adjustment. It worked.

Manual says the the ribbon cartridge is not correctly positioned. look at page 37 (page 49 on reader) of the manual:
