Check your air lines that go to the burner nozzle for any breaks and clean all of the filters.

Petrol engine? Could be spark plug related. Diesel? Could be injector dirty or worn. Either? Could be low compression when cold.

What does gm code 155 mean and how to fix it

For most models, code 155 is for a problem with the heater circuit for the O2 sensor bank two in front of the catalytic converter. It could be the sensor or the circuit.
Code 300 is for a random miss.
Code 1380 is also for an engine miss if it is from the engine computer.

J power and smokes white

Possibly a head gasket problem (as the head heats up it warps slightly, allowing coolant to seep into the cylinders, which is the source of the white smoke--steam) Is the motor using coolant?

My heater is 155 it worked fine all last year but I got it out of my storage area for use this winter. It will start an run for about 15 seconds and trips the reset on the unit. What would make this...

First, locate the true model of the heater. Pro 155 only designates a series of heaters. It does not designate the actual model or technology used.

The reset (Safety Device) is the system's safety shut off. If everything is in perfect operating form the photocell looks into the chamber for a flame. If the flame goes out (flame-out), the the photocell sends a signal to the reset and the heater shuts down.

You must troubleshoot to find out whether your problem is a fuel delivery problem or an electronics problem.

My first look would be to look into the eye of the photocell for an insect or nest of some sort. Next check the fuel tank for water or debris that may be restricting the fuel flow and causing a flame-out.

150,000 BTU propane Reddy Heater shuts off after ignition

Is there a frost line on your LP tank, if so you may need to replace the tank with a larger tank or refill your tank. This can happen if the tank your using is too low or too small (use 100 lb tank or greater). If there is no frost line it may be an issue with the thermocouple. The manufacturer offers a service manual and owner's manuals on there site. This should assist you... Thank you
