UPS Ground After they sent me the box to mail the game to the company. I have not heard from them. What do I do now? I have paid the money for the replacement and who do I call for help? Will they contact me by email or what. I do not have a tech problem but it really is technical because I mailed the game and now out of money too.

I turn the xbox 360 on and the green ligth turn red

Its the red ring of death. It happen to me about 1 year ago. You have to contact microsoft. I contacted them and they shipped out a brown box from ups. I packed the xbox 360 in it and took it to ups and everything was paid for by microsoft, they will fix it and mail it back to you in about 2 weeks. good luck
