Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Slim (PSP-2000) Console

UPS Ground After they sent me the box to mail the game to the company. I have not heard from them. What do I do now? I have paid the money for the replacement and who do I call for help? Will they contact me by email or what. I do not have a tech problem but it really is technical because I mailed the game and now out of money too.

Sent our xbox console to be repaired,after waiting almost a year for a shipping label. This was on Nov.16,2009. I was told it would take about 3 weeks to receive a new console as it displayed a E74 error...

Wow sorry to hear that, UPS just left an Xbox on a step in a box that any Xbox gamer would recognize! I think UPS should be more responsible for the lack of security in delivery. Doesn't someone at the residence over 18 have to sign for it or something? Don't know what to say but I think UPS messed up big. I know my friends here when they take theirs in they use Purolator and it only takes a few weeks but they take the day off to meet the delivery guy both on arrival and return. I can't believe company's like UPS and Microsoft are givin you the run-around. Get the media to throw some paint on their fancy furs and I'll bet your situation will be rendered at once. WOW

Your Xbox overheated. Contact Xbox. There may be a charge if it is not under warranty. They will send you a pre-paid shipping box. Slide your box in, take it to the post office, and wait 2-6 weeks for a new one(keep your hard drive).

Ds won,t play all games and switchs its self off in middle of some games

I've heard of this same issue around the net. Seems the circuit board around the buttons develops micro-fracture cracks from pressing the buttons too hard. This causes it to shut the DS down when the resulting intermittence occurs. If it's still under warranty, send it to Nintendo for repairs.

If you don't still have any warranty could still have them fix it, but it won't be free. Is the light green or amber when it turns off? It could be a faulty battery. That's easy to replace. Otherwise, Nintendo service is pretty good if you still have the warranty. I sent mine in because of a stuck pixel and a crack in the hinge, and they mailed me back a brand new DS Lite. All shipping was paid for, too.

he may also accidentally might be slipping his finger and sliding the power switch.

Usually you have to pay by credit card.

Call them @ 1-800-345-SONY to confirm before you mail it.

I turn the xbox 360 on and the green ligth turn red

Its the red ring of death. It happen to me about 1 year ago. You have to contact microsoft. I contacted them and they shipped out a brown box from ups. I packed the xbox 360 in it and took it to ups and everything was paid for by microsoft, they will fix it and mail it back to you in about 2 weeks. good luck

Microsoft have a recall in place for this failure, for much longer than the 1 year warranty period

Hey Nick1463,

In order for either Microsoft or UPS to be able to resolve this problem, you will need to locate one of two things: the Microsoft reference number provided to you when you sent your original XBox 360 in for repairs, or the UPS tracking number(s) for your original XBox 360 and the one you received in error.

Having the Microsoft reference number is generally the ideal way to obtain a resolution, as it allows XBox technical support agents to track where your XBox may have been shipped to, as well as locate the proper UPS tracking number. You normally can find at least one of these numbers by referring to your repair invoice/receipt, and or by checking the labels on the box that was shipped back to you.

Please keep in mind that most repair facilities and services are able to track items they repair if one (or more) customer receives the wrong product back. Due to privacy concerns however, they are generally only able to provide account and shipment information to the person that actually registered the product or requested repairs.
