Acetone is often found in household nail polish remover, and a small amount on the end of a Q-tip applied directly to the glue should dissolve the bond without damaging the skin. How to Get Super Glue Off Your Skin

Do not use a cotton swab, as this can react very violently with cyanoacrylate
Do not do this on sensitive skin (e.g. lips, eyes, nose) or near an open wound

How do i remove super glue from hand or skin

Super Glue is a cyanoacrylate adhesive. It's impervious to water, but can be dissolved with an organic solvent, such as acetone. Some nail polish removers contain acetone, but be sure to check the label, since many acetone-free products are available and will not work against Super Glue. It's also possible to find pure acetone in stores that sell home supplies or art supplies, because acetone is a useful solvent.

How do i clean superglue from a lens?

The only thing you could possibly try is jewellers rouge or glass polishing paste, If the lens is glass you could try acetone ( nail polish remover) but it will dissolve any plastic so I'd put your chances of success at close to zero with that if there is plastic nearby. The lens is ruined, move on.

My mum decide my sewing machine need oil but instead of oil she accidentally has put superglue instead.. Honest mistake.. Is there any chance I can fix this or do I bin it.. Please will try anything...

try nail polish remover
Acetone
  • Acetone, found in many nail polish removers, is the most effective way to dissolve super glue because it works on a chemical level to break down the bonds. Simply wipe the glue with a paper towel or cotton swab, removing it layer by layer until it is completely gone. Do not use acetone on plastics, as it will damage it or even eat through it in some cases.

Plastic tabs holding circuit board cage prevents it from being removed from lid.

If you are CAREFUL you may be able to just pry each one with a small flat tipped screwdriver. If, by chance you break one or more, don't fret, you can buy plastic right angle corner pieces or cut sections from a strip of right angle plastic. Glue each one with Gorilla glue (tape each piece in place till dry), then apply the glue to the part that will be attached to the circuit board. Again tape the connections until dry. Voila...and you don't have to worry about damaging the circuit board or shorting it out! Have fun!
