Password removal
Click on "Change your Windows Password" under "User Accounts."
Click "Remove your password."
Type your current password in the field and click the "Remove Password" button.
Click the "Start" button located in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Click "Control Panel" and switch to the "Category" view on the left panel.
Click on "User Accounts" and then "Remove my password."
Type your current password in the field and click the "Remove Password" button.

yea thats for windows password , this is start-up password or power up password or bios or cmos password thats locked , wanted the diagram for l755 toshiba motherboard that shows the shorting or clearing points for the bios , pulling the battery dosent get rid of password on newer laptops
You need to remove the CMOS battery for a few, Or use the CMOS jumper option if your mobo does't have a battery.
