Graphics Crash Immediately During Games

I seen u answered another problem like this so i would ask you

I have a A7V8X-MX SE Motherboard
Nvidia Geforce 7100 GS graphics card

Every time i start World of Warcraft i have about 2-8 seconds of screen time Then the Computer Completely freezes be4 it would freeze drop down and Give an Error saying " Nividia display drivers has suddenly stop working" But know it doesn't even do that. It used to restart it self but now it doesnt do that either. When i followed ur previous guild i removed everything but it cant start the game with out my wireless card inside and On my Graphics Card One of the Silver Cylinders on it has Split and this orange powder/residue was left i tried whiping some off and closing the split because it was on the top of the cylinder.

Could you give me some points or a Resoultion on How to fix or maybe a step-by-step if u get the chance Thanks for you help if u can

The part you are talking about is called a capacitor, and if it is split, then the card is shot, unless you are proficient at soldering.

I have an K8T Neo (MS-6702) mobo with an nVidia Gforce4 MX 4000 (NV18) does anyone knows a good upgrade for this motherboard o any video card that can works better? It's and old PC and would like to renew...

The best thing I can suggest is to get an ATI radeon graphics card. You don't say what your Operating system is.
The Sapphire Radeon HD3650 is Vista certified and will fit the mobo you describe (ie AGP x8)
The Radeon is made by the same company that makes the Processor in your Mobo, so compatibility should not be a problem.

My pc is hanging while playing games...pls any one solve my problem? i cant play games in my pc.. when i starts to play my pc starts hanging... i formated my xp os.....then also no changes......yesterday...

It seems like you have either a thermal problem (processor cooler defective, undersized or incorrectly mounted) or a defective power supply. I'm about 90% sure that the problem is thermal.

My geforce 9400 GT will not properly install drivers in my ASUS M2V-MX SE. When install the nvidia drivers old and new. the video card has a yellow exclamation next to it

If you uninstall the onboard driver and then update the new cards driver in device manager the problem should be solved.

If not you can always reinstall your operating system, that usually solves any driver issue.

If that doesn't work then your card is most likely not compatible with your motherboard.

Yes they are compatible and should work well together, but I have had issues with the nVidia nForce3 chipsets. I have only seen Windows 7 use all the capabilities of the chipset. Good Luck and enjoy the games.

I have 2 game problems: My graphic card NVIDIA GEFORCE 2 MX400 is not recognised in VISTA and GTA SAN ANDREAS game exits at the first loading screen. Can u also tell me how to enable cheat menu for...

For the graphics card try the following:

Download the latest drivers from Nvidia website & install
If that fails then try completely uninstalling the graphics card & allow windows to find it & install its own drivers.
If that fails check you dont have an onboard graphics card on your motherboard, if you do, disable it in the Device Manager & also your bios (if you know how, if not, dont worry about the bios)
Failing all this you may need more advanced help to check the card is installed in the slot on the motherboard properly or enabled in the bios

though...if you can use it and it is working ok except failing for games, check it meets the games' minimum spec requirements and that the drivers are correct. Hope this helps.

Cant help with the game cheats though...google that :)

That card is too old for games. I assume you only have a pci slot for graphics which is not suitable for gaming- new motherboard or pc definately needed!

Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 / 256MB... Problem

Hi jhacy, I went over all you're posted questions conserning this issue with the FX5500 video card. Please include the manufacture name of you're motherboard & its model number. It is possible the video card is bad (Even if it's new). There are settings in the motherboard bios that me need to be shut off if the motherboard has an integreated video card onboard. It's possible that the AGP slot on you're board is dirty & needs to be cleaned. Please list the name or name's of the games you have tried to run but freeze you're computer or crash you're system.
I will automatically recieve an email from fixya when you post the information I have asked for above. Untill than, take care!
