Hello your machine specificlly says in the manual The descaling must be done when indicated by the machine. Click this link this is the manual to your machine
http://www.italianlifestyle.co.za/content/manuals/taleagiro.pdf if you are having an issue with the amount of water coming out of the unit you can use a pin or a needle on the nozzle head page 18 in the manual describes the weekly steps that must be taken to clean the machine as well as the brewer area of the machine. I was told by tech that if you hold the water button in for a few seconds then this resets. It depends on what kind of water you use too. If you use filtered or spring water then you don't need to descale it as often and you can override this by above method. Hope that helps.

Did you often use the espresso machine for family or for business, when you often use the machine and you used water that is not filtered, you can assure it need to descale often.
Read carefully the manual and follow instruction. Did you descale it in the right amount of solution, how long and its duration?
If still persist ( the descaling light continue flashing ) then it has a defect in sensor. Since your machine is new, its under warranty. Call the dealer where you brought that and a service technician will send.

Try doing another rinse cycle until water tank empties. I had to do that a couple of times, then the red exclamation mark came on. Then I turned knob to off position, refilled water tank, pressed the descale button for 6 seconds, green light came back on and it did its priming.
