G'Day Mate,
Are you running the Lexmark driver for Windows 7 64 bit.
Try down loading the driver and installing it on your p.c.
Suspect USB driver for printer is missing - Windows can't detect it as it doesn't recognise it. By installing the Lexmark driver it updates windows to recognise the lexmark printer usb interface.

Try connecting the webcam to a different USB port and don't use any USB extension cable

Code 43 Error Message

The Code 43 error is one of several Device Manager error codes. The Code 43 error will almost always display in the following way:

How to Fix a Code 43 Error

   Important: If a USB device is generating the Code 43 error, uninstall every deviceunder the Universal Serial Bus controllers hardware category in Device Manager as part of the driver reinstall. This includes any USB Mass Storage Device, USB Host Controller, and USB Root Hub.
   
   Note: Properly reinstalling a driver, as in the instructions linked above, is not the same as simply updating a driver. A full driver reinstall involves completely removing the currently installed driver and then letting Windows install it over again from scratch.

Its maybe the printer is not compatible with your computer, will to try several steps to determine a solution,
1 try another USB to see if it recognizes it,
2 download and install the driver from the printer manufacturer
3 try another USB device into the same USB port to see if it recognizes it if it does then the USB on your computer works as it should,
if it does then the fault is either software or the printer compatibility.
4 follow step 2 if the problem persist then the answer is your printer is not compatible and will need to order one that works for your system.

Update your system board driver, chipset driver, video driver and USB driver.

In some cases installed drivers become defective for one reason or the other. You may try a free program from Glaysoft called GlayUtilities. Run the program and let it find faults. Clean the system when it finds errors. After the system is clean; reinstall the USB headset drivers and see if that works. That's a Start

Try to reformat it. It might be a virus or a bug.

well hell lots of t/s ill sugest repair win or if u can reinsall the whole soft easy and less time consuming
