For the Mac G3. Are there Windows drivers?

The Powerbook G3 will be using the original USB architecture and I suspect that your flash drives are using USB 2 and are not backwards compatible, so sorry I don't really think it is possible.

I dont think it has a slot. I recommend to use a usb wireless card.

Your mac doesn't recognize the system folder. Try to find the original boot disks that came with the machine, and see if you can mount the hard disk while booting from the CDs. If you can, I'd backup the data as soon as possible and reinstall the operating system, including a full hard drive reformat. If you can't see the hard drive from the boot cd, another option is to hold down the T key during startup to boot the mac into "target disk mode" - this will allow you to hook up the g3 to another computer as an external hard disk in order to back up the data.

As I recall, this is a SCSI device. Like many electrical connectors, SCSI connectors can develop a light corrosion which can keep the signals from being transmitted. The easiest way to clean such light corrosion is to shut down the Mac & power down *all* SCSI devices in the chain. Then gently unplug & replug all SCSI connectors. This will scrape off much of the corrosion & usually results in connectivity being restored. Be sure to unplug and replug the SCSI terminator attached to the last device in the SCSI chain. Restart by powering up the SCSI devices and finally restarting the Mac. Good luck!
