Problem for Magic Sing Along Consumer Microphone
Perfect score every time even when intentionally trying to do bad
no matter what song we choose, we get an 100 perfect on every single song and its not showing any of our missed words or anything

- same problem here. score is always 100. you don't even have to be trying. half the fun is seeing peoples scores. without that its way less fun. contacted the company i purchased mine from (model: Enter Tech Magic Sing ET-13000). if they don't have one, they can expect a return. - GREEN808Solution #1

The service center in California has the pack to upgrade (fix) the scoring in ET-13000 and most likely other models, including the ET-18000. They can be contacted at 1-714-578-0004.
I had mine upgraded by the place where I purchased it (MagicSingMall / www.magicsingmall.com) in New York (phone # to call is 1-212-561-5919). They might be able to repair units purchased elsewhere - give them a call to find out.

no matter what you sing, you will get 100% on the magic sing that we have. While the mic is still working otherwise, the lack of score really sucks.
