Showing NO DISC while on DVD mode why this

I'm assuming it plays CDs? If it reads NO DISC, in the DVD mode, the laser that reads the DVD is no longer able to read the TOC, Table of Contents. Generally, that means the laser(Optical Pickup) needs to be replaced. For more information, please visit my website at audioserviceclinic.com. Thank you.

Power botton not responding

If it's not ejecting or responding to any of the buttons on the unit, or the remote, but is able to play a DVD, the display microprocessor(computer) within your Harman is damaged. For more information, please visit my website at audioserviceclinic.com. Thank you.

Regional code change for a samsung ht-db120n

1) Disconnect your player from its power source for thirty seconds 2) Reconnect your player to its power source 3) Press the Power On button on your remote control 4) Press the Enter button on your remote control 5) Press the 8 button on your remote control 6) Press the 4 button on your remote control 7) Press the 2 button on your remote control 8) Press the 6 button on your remote control 9) Press the 9 button on your remote control 10)Press the Enter button on your remote control 11)Your player should now place itself in Standby mode 12)Press the Power On button on your remote control. Your player is now region free. A word of caution is that you may have disc eject issues, in which case you will have to eject from the unit, or toggle the power switch on/off. This issue only arises if you have a particular chipset in your player (about a 20% chance).....good luck my friend.

Remote or Tuner Problem?

here is a way to see if the remote works on not. get radio and switch it to am mode. then face the remote to the radio and press the buttons. if you hear noises, then the remote is working fine. if not, the you have to open it and clean it from the inside. use alcohol on the board but never put any alcohol on the rubber buttons. just use a q tips to clear the rubber buttons. good luck
