go to the start key bottom left of the keyboard then up to programs then over to the right to acer empowering technology then over the right again to acer erecovery management and click on it then choose reinstall aplications/drivers then click on the contents then scroll down to the driver or application that you want to reinstall and while you are there it is a good idea to reinstall the realtek audiio driver because that plays up quite often

sound like display driver resolution needs to be changed, go to control panel display and change resolution try to put same resolution as pc if video board can support resolution change should take care of problem
install another window which will help it to work perfect and most improtant dont let your window to update it self turn off the updates when you let the window to update it install some file that you even don't need . it make you computer slow too.
