Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Slim (PSP-2000) Console

I have a problem with downloading a game from the psn store...

I got the 5.02 update and tried downloading a 380 mb game from my PC using the Playstation store. but when I reached 380 mb, it said that I was only about 50% done. suddenly, after I waited about a minute, It said that there was an error. after I canceled the download, I saw that my download was a corrupted file. I tried it 3 more times until I gave up. then, I tried one more time, and this time, before I canceled the download, I pulled the USB cable off. now, I can't download anything from my PC, exceped from the network, and I don't have a strong signal at all. Does this have to do with the USB cable??? Can anybody help me and tell me what to do???

Trying to sign in to PS3 getting error code 8002A03

Unfortunately, the PSN is currently down due to "external intrusions". Sony is working around the clock to restore service to the PSN. Though there is no given timeframe, Sony said that the PSN should be back by next week.
This maintenance will eventually help improve the quality of PSN and improve its stability.
MORE INFO: Sony has updated its customers regarding the intrusion that happened on the PSN. Sony has verified that the intruder stole/got the personal information, usernames, emails, and passwords of PSN customers. However, the same cannot be said with regards to credit card information since it is stored in another part of the PSN and is highly secured/encrypted. It has also been verified by major credit card companies that no fraudulent/unauthorized activity has been caused by the PSN "break-in". A new system update would be introduced once the PSN is back up. This update would require all customers to change their passwords.
MORE UPDATES: Kaz Hirai is scheduled to announce something about the PSN outage tomorrow. This could be about the schedule on when the PSN will be back up, compensations for the downtime, and further clarifications on the situation.

Iam trying to download my games to my psp go that I already have downloaded to my pc but when I put them on the psp go I get this message "this content cannot be accesed on your account so what do I...

This problem is usually associated with your PSN Account that is registered with the game you purchased. Try the following:
1) On your PSP Go, go to the "PlayStation Network" Icon and set up your PSN Account name so that it is the same as your PSN Account on your PC. (I'm under the assumption that you accessed the PSN Store via your PC and bought the game instead of using pirated software.)
This should allow your game to be playable since it's under the same PSN account name.
If this fails to work, there are ways around it.
2) On your PSP Go, if your PSN Account isn't identical to the one on your PC you can remove that account from your PSP Go. If your PSP Go doesn't have an account, the game can be playable since PSN has no way of knowing if the game is yours or not.
To do this however, will most likely require a format of your PSP Go so make sure to back up your data.
To format simply go to "Settings" then scroll down towards "System Settings" click on it, and then scroll down and click on "Format Memory Stick".
(NOTE: This will erase all of your data so make sure to back up all your Photos, Music, Videos, or any save content on your PC or USB Drive. As for game purchases, those should be registered on your PSN Account so you don't have to worry about those.)
Thank you.

Cant download

Try turning off your PSP. Enter the PSN store. Go to downloads list. Re-download. Leave the PSP on a table to see if it downloads.
If that doesn't work you can always use a PS3 to enter the account and download it there or a PC using PSP Media Go.
Cheers :)

When i am using my PS3 i can put a game in whilst off of the PSN and it will work however as soon as i sign into the PSN to go on a game online or perfomr the updates it crashes out and goes to a blank...

You can try resetting all your network settings on the system itself including your PSN sign in info. After clearing it all out and resetting the settings you should be able to relink your PSN account to the system and sign in. There could be some corrupt cache or update files in the system as well so you may have to do a system restore to defaults if the first method is a fail.
Good Luck and Happy Gaming!

Everytime I try to play mw2 it asks me to download and install an update, is there anything to make this stop its the same update everytime. I do as it says and everytime I try to play the game the same...

I personally own the game and already had 4 patches.
I would recommend you to download these patches as they were designed to improve some of the online aspects of the game.

As far as I know there is no way to delete the update process as it is automated as soon as your logged into playstation network (PSN)

You could always start the game without logging into PSN and connect to PSN as soon as the game started.

I can see no point in not downloading the updates and they are only 15MB so it should not take too long to download.

Hope this helped.

How to download psp games

Update your PSP to the latest version and sign up to the PlayStation Store (unless you already have a PSN ID). You can download full games, demos and themes (and other things) from the Store straight to your PSP. You will need a credit card or PlayStation Card to buy content.
