Downloading the instruction manual

i called the 800 number they were very nice and are sendin me a hard copy in the mail :)

I called their toll free retail hotline @ 1-800-366-0937 and got the info I needed on the GH5835. They could not (probably would not) email me a PDF file of their instruction book but they are sending me one in the mail. I also sent them an email blasting their site about the lack of instruction booklets. I clicked on 6 or 7 and got the same Unavailable nonsense. I let them know that I don't feel like checking back in a few days and if they don't have the info on their site about their equip, maybe I will just purchase some equipment that is supported by it's manufacturer.

i emailed the company and got a pdf version emailed to me.  i would post it now but unfortunately the email expired and i cannot find it on my computer anymore.  guess i will try again.  

I called the 800 no. and they are sending me a hard copy. I would still like a downloadable version. I have not been able to get this phone to work and have had little or no customer support. I guess I will wait for the manual and see if I can solve the problem myself. Option 2 --- Goodwill
