Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Scan to SMB fails.Code 9144.

This code is not trouble or error code. This is the job number. So when scanning fails and you get this screen with the code then select the recent failed job and click on "Details" you will get the details about the failure of Scanning. Then note down the reason/detail and ask again.

Microcode fails to load at power on self test (post). stays on WorkIO splash screen as the hard drive fails sounds like it crashed or is stuck ina loop.

The microcode is loaded from CMOS not the hard drive. CMOS also sets up the 40Gb. hard drive for use. Initially has no data or partition tables however; post will not complete if the disk is unavailable. Replace the disk drive and you're Done!

Pc fails to start installation of O/S after reboot.

Hi

If the system is blue screening on a fresh install i would suggest checking your memory.

If you have two sticks in there, maybe attempt the installation with only one in and if that works it may mean you buying some new memory to function correctly.

Changing ink cartridge in dell photo 966

It's probably located under the scanning bed.
Look for another section break below the scanning bed.
Lift it up. The print cartridges should be inside.
