I have a acer netbook.when i press standby or close the lid then it become go to sleep mode but problem is creating when press enter button then i cannot start any program or it go to hang position. my...

If your windows xp is not genuine, it likely has been corrupted. This would also explain why you cannot start any program. All Acer netbooks have a factory install image on a hidden partition of the hard disk. Suggest you should re-install the original windows xp factory image. All user data on the C: drive will be cleared by Acer eRecovery which you would start up as follows....
1. have the netbook connected to its AC adapter which is plugged into AC power line
2. power on the netbook and watch the screen as it starts up
3. when the acer logo is showing, hold down the Alt key and press F10 repeatedly
4. until screen indicates Acer eRecovery is loading
5. once eRecovery is loaded, follow the directions given on the screen

Sounds like your router isn't talking to your ppoe properly. Unplug power from modem and router. Then Plug the modem in.. wait for it to boot up and become stable. then plug in your router.. wait for it to boot and become stable.. then try it again. It should clear it up.
