Ordinarily when I charge my Pronto in the dock I get two green leds light up and the screen on my Pronto comes on momentarily. I am getting nothing. Now the battery in my Pronto isn't flat (yet) but I'm wondering what's gone wrong - the dock - the power adaptor to the dock - or the Pronto battery?

I have the same problem.

Pronto 2-in-1 Vac Cleaner, Battery charging indicator lights for 30 sec when unit is placed in charging station. Indicator will only light when the unit is replug into charging station again for 30 secs. Resolution?

Same problem no green lights and remote will not charge.I tried a new transformer but still have samre problem.

will not hold charge. Purchased new battery and still will not hold charge. Is there a repair center for Pronto TSU 7000

First try a different adapter for the dock.
