Hi,

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I keep getting re-directed from the web site I type into the search box - I have an HP a1310n PC

This issue is most likely related to the web site you are viewing, or the browser you are viewing it with. Internet Explorer, for example, is historically incompatible with developing standards for web sites. Try firefox, or a different site.

Everything that I go to this keeps popping up RUNDLL Error loading C:/Windows system 32/_c00F3AO.dat %1 is not valid Win 32 application

this sounds like a classic case of spyware in your computer. you need to install an anti virus spyware package, e.g. norton antivirus. once installed run an anti virus scan and spyware scan it should solve your problem.

WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING FROM THE INTERNET IT TELLS ME THAT IAM NOT ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE SCREENNAME AND TO SIGN OFF AND GET ON IT.. BUT I AM ON IT ALREADY.

okie arrange for some softwares maybe download it on a friends computer or library and get it on a cd and than scann ur system with those its nothing but a spyware or a virus which has made some changes with the user policies on the system
you need to download the softwares from www.gur.in from the download section and install them in the same sequence as written here and also scan it the same way
1) combofix
2) malaware bytes
3) trojan remover
4) dial a fix
5) ccleaner
6) superantispyware
and also delete the files from the repective softwares which detects the files or infections and try and scan them in the safe mode

Mostlikely you are infected with either a Virus or a peace of spyware. Go get Ad-aware http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-2008/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5&cdlPid=10844457 and install it and run a scan on your comptuer. when you are done with that go get Spybot Search and destroy http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html?tag=mncol&cdlPid=10861988 and install/run it. once you are done go to http://housecall.antivirus.com and run a free virus scann.

if this doesnt help please give us more information. What email system are you you using? Yahoo? Google? and are you using Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, or something else to check your email?

SPYWARE ON COMPUTER

Hello there.

I would first try scanning the computer your self. Please click here to start a free online web-based scan of your system, this looks for virus, trojan, spyware infections so should hopefully clean your system. Once the scan completes it should prompt you to remove anything found.

If this doesn't help then yes take the system back to where you purchased it for support. Make sure you backup your files first.

Hope this helps.
