Google my friend. Try in your watch brand and model. I wish I could help you more. Normally it should have a small slot for a tiny screw driver to be placed for openings.

You can get instructions from their web site

There are so many aplications use of the manual will be manditory.

Use the four numbers on the back of your watch and you will have a PDF version of your instruction manual.

Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of that discolouring.This is due to sunrays+swetting+chemical composite of strap material. Would be too long to explain how it works, so, here is the link where you can order the new strap:

Timer Setting
1. In timer mode press and hold "reset" to enter setting mode; hour will begin flashing

seems pretty extensive.
you either need to set your time manually if you are not automatically receiving the atomic signal. if you are receiving the signal, then either you are not in auto DST mode or your home city is set incorrectly.
