Question about Dell Latitude C840 Notebook
CAN'T GET PASS BOOT SCREEN. MOUSE IS VISIBLE ON BLACK SCREEN. NO OTHER BUTTONS WORK.
If you tap the f7, f8 key before she boots up you should get a message taht says "do you want to go into safe mode or restore to an earlier time", click the button that says do a restorte, then it should tell you that windows is going to restore you to the last time your laptop worked. Let it do it's thing, when done it may ask you or not to reboot, that is the last hope before serious worl, good luck, Gym
