Have had the Jabra BT250 connected to my Blackberry 7105 many times, then sometimes it can't find it. Have deleted device, then tried to add it again, it says it can't find. It does for a split second flash a password window on screeen, but it doesn't last long enough to do anything.

    any help appreciated.

I have a LG VX8300 MOBILE PHONE,  I tried several times trying to pair my Jabra BT 250V bluetooth headset, I've press down on the answer button until a steady blue light is on, I've activated the search for new bluetooth device on my phone, I get the message no devices found, I've tried pairing it with two other phones, A Sidekick and a LG Chocolate phone all with no success.  Any help you can offer will be greatly appriciated.  Thanks

Had the same problem but this site reminded me to hold the phone button down 7-8 seconds. I was simply not waiting long enough - took more like 12 seconds.

How do i pair my jabra bt250 to my htc desire hd

Connecting a Bluetooth headset or car kit You can listen to music over a Bluetooth stereo headset, or have hands-free conversations using a compatible Bluetooth headset or car kit. It's the same procedure to set up stereo audio and hands-free.
  • For you to listen to music with your headset or car kit, the headset or car kit must support the A2DP Bluetooth profile.
  • Before you connect your headset, you need to make it discoverable so your phone can find it. You can find out how to do this by referring to your headset manual.
  1. From the Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings > Wireless & networks.
  2. Tap Bluetooth settings.
  3. If the Bluetooth check box is not selected, select it to turn Bluetooth on.
  4. Make sure that the headset is discoverable.
  5. Tap Scan for devices. Your phone will start to scan for Bluetooth devices within range.
  6. When you see the name of your headset displayed in the Bluetooth devices section, tap the name. Your phone then automatically tries to pair with the headset.
  7. If automatic pairing fails, enter the passcode supplied with your headset.
The pairing and connection status is displayed below the hands-free headset or car kit name in the Bluetooth devices section. When the Bluetooth headset or car kit is connected to your phone, the Bluetooth connected icon howtoimage.aspx?id=12046 is displayed in the status bar. Depending on the type of headset or car kit you have connected, you can then start using the headset or car kit to listen to music and/or make and receive phone calls.

Brought new phone and need to connect ear piece

You will need to pair it with your phone. first make sure the headset is off, then put the headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the answer/end button until a solid blue light appears. then you will need to goto your cell phones bluetooth menu, turn your bluetooth on, then in your bluetooth menu you will need to add a new device or discover a new device depending on the type of cell phone you have. Your phone should find the jabra ear piece if it's in range of your cell phone and will ask if you want to pair with the device, after accepting confirm with the pin of 4 zero's.
