I have a digital photo frame keychain and it will not power on. I have gone through the process of charging it and loading the software and then loading the pictures. When I hold the power button for 3 seconds nothing happens. The battery display shows a full battery. It will work as long as the the usb cable is hooked to it. Once I remove it, it will not work.

I think there is something wrong with your camera or the memory card, you had better ask official service for help. Besides, even if the photos are deleted by some error, but they are still in the SD card as long as they are not overwritten. get more here: Photos Recovery
Most likely you will need to plug it in to the USB port, and it will appear on your desktop like a jump drive or a CD or any other type of storage device. You should be able to drag and drop your photos to the device just like any other type of storage. Just remember that they may need to be scaled down considerably.
If there is software that is supplied with the device, try installing it-- it is most likely used to scale down your photos so that they are appropriately sized for display on the keychain-- but I have seen in some descriptions of the product that the software provided is not actually required for use.
My husband is now enjoying his gift. I changed USB cords and and downloaded the software from the the www.customercare.com and then connected the USB cord back into my computer and it worked fine It was easy after that. I am now getting ready to purchase one for myself. Thank You
The solution is....USB 2.0! This is now standard on new computers, but mine (that is just 1 1/2 years old) does not have USB 2.0. Actually, one out of six of my USB's say it is, but I never got it to work. The sad part to all of this hard work--it takes 5 minutes on the right computer!
If you need to borrow a computer, you will not need to send them all of your full size photos. Just "Save a Backup" on your computer and e-mail that file as an attachment--it's very small. The you will "Load a backup" to get your pictures into the KeyChain Manager. You will need to install the software on your borrowed computer, but as I'm sure you know, that's the simple part!
found that on another site - after I had the same trouble - this software really works - updated the pic frame in no time :)
IT IS an easy fix...uninstall the Picture Viewer that you got from the Disc they gave...Throw it away. Go to www.mscustomercare.com at the top of the keychain section, it says "download".............. THIS version works.
Your computer will certainly have its own program for viewing photos. For example, if you are using Windows XP, you just right click on a photo file and choose "preview".
It can be difficult to find the photos on your computer if you have been using one of the silly organizers that come with cameras. You can search for a photo if you know its filename or for *.jpg to find all the photos on your hard drive.
