Window sizes in ym

my cam is ok ...allways on top
my friends cam window is too small and is won't streach bigger with my mouse pointer but it will go full size but then i cant see any typing. If i could get typing window allways on top like my cam then i could manage the 3 windows together and know what is going on. How do i do this.I've tried switching sizes between my friends can fro full screem to small but the buttons top right are not very clear and i keep missing them and closing the window altogether then my friend has to invite me again to see cam coz i've shut it down.
