Changing print size

I am trying to change the print size on this label maker with no luck!
I have pressed "function" key and the number 2 and it does not change the size.

GuruOccasionally mine does the same thing. Try pulling the batteries out for 5 minutes, replace and try again.
If that doesn't work then test to see if the *2* button works on its own as well as the Function button. If either one of them doesn't then it?s just a simple button failure. Probably not economically repairable since replacements can be had for $35 or so ....
