Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
I installed microsoft office 2007 yesterday morning and used the software for hours. I turned computer off when I was finished yesterday (normal shutdown) and today can not get computer to power on? There are two green lights on. The battery light and that it is plugged into a wall outlet. It seems that it is in standby mode, shutdown mode, hibernate mode not sure? Can you please help.
First try disconnecting ALL power to the laptop - not just at switching off at the wall but pull the plug and remove the battery as well. leave it for 30 seconds or so and put it all back and try again.
If no luck then press F8 on boot until the boot options screen appears and select 'Last Known Configuration'
If no luck then is this XP or Vista?
