Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
First thing you should do is uninstall the HP director software you have if it is installed and doesnt work. Uninstalling will depend on your operating system - post again with details and we can talk you through it if you are unsure how. Next you need to go to this link; http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=374568&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&submit.y=4&submit.x=9&lang=en&cc=us Select your operating system version and download the software.
