Question about Computers & Internet
I have a Samsung Juke. The problem is that the phone occasionally shuts down, and when this happens the screen goes pure white. I can still receive incoming calls and dial calls, but there is nothing on the display. Pulling the battery out and resetting the phone do not help.
This could be a software glitch. Get the phone checked by an authorized Samsung dealer, and ask him/her to re-install the phone's software.
Also, try running the phone without its memory card in it. If this resolves the problem, then you may have to buy a new memory card for the phone.
