Here are the steps for unlocking a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music,
1 - Switch on your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+1#.

for this you need contact your service provider.They will provider your PUK code using this code you can reset your password.

Please don't enter wrong password 10 times.If did like this your sim will goes emergency mode(company will rejects your sim for ever).
