Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
Have tried all recommendations
It can be tricky. If there is an error code on the display then this can point to the problem. The most common is e01 which means the key has been turned before finishing in another mode.
If there is no error number, then check:
1. Printer cover is closed securely and there is plenty of paper in it.
2. Make sure there are no stuck keys on the keyboard and no drink spillage on the keyboard.
3. Try turning the key to each position and press CLEAR (C) then CASH in each position (eg REG C CASH, X C CASH, Z C CASH, PROGRAM C CASH)
If these don't work, try to describe the beeping. Is it constant or pulsing on and off? What is on the display? Does it change at all when turning the key or pressing buttons? Can you still feed the paper with the FEED button?
