Question about HP Pavilion dv8320us (HP RDV8320US) PC Notebook
I have no display on my HP Pavillion dv8320us PC notebook even when I connect it to an external monitor. How can I get a display so that I can troubleshoot the driver?
Kathleen, I apologize for the inconvenience. As your external monitor is also not showing the display , the issue is not with any driver, it is the fault of the graphics card, unfortunately it cannot be removed from your Notebook, It has to be repaired from HP qualified technicians. If your notebook is under the warranty you can avail the mail in service without any cost. Or arrange a paid mail in service if it is out of warranty. You can simply go to HP.com and check the phone numbers of your local area to get the FEDEX box to your house for the mail in process.
