Question about Motorola Mobility SLVR L7 Cellular Phone
I just purchased a Motorazr VE20 and I have tried loading MP3s on it. The files load onto the phone and will play through my computer as long as it is connected by USB cable but will not play through the phone. I get the message MicroSD does not contain supported music files when I press the Music player button on the phone.
I went back to the US Cellular store and presented the problem to the salesman that sold me the phone. He said that I needed to remove the memory card and put it in a card reader and transfer the music files to the card through the card reader. My Gateway desktop has a card reader and I transferred the music files to the card and then to My Music folder under My computer and it worked. Strange to have to do it this way but it works.
