Question about HP OfficeJet G55 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer was working perfectly (scanning, printing and copying) until I reinstalled the Operating System (windows XP) of my computer after an initial crash. Now printer can only copy but cannot print or scan. It has failed to install on my laptop and keeps telling me "cannot install hardware". What do I do? Is it a driver problem? If so, where can I get the driver that works with Windows XP?
Here is the link to the Hp driver page for your printer - Download the drivers and then reinstall them - This should resolve ther issue.
