Black photocopiers I have a Canon CLC 300 Colour Photocopier. Its fairly old but has done very few copies. (30,000)I was given it, It starts up, feeds ok, but the pages are BLACK.. JET BLACK...when they come out. There is no sign of an image at all, and there are a few lines the length of the copy, that look like scratch lines. CANON NEW ZEALAND, dont want to know about it, and every time I contact them there is always an excuse. Friends have told me that it could require a new drum. I am searching the internet to get a parts manual etc, and came across your site. Perhaps you can give me an idea where to start.
