Just guessing, but I'd system your CMOS battery needs to be replaced. Open the computer side panel and search the motherboard for a small, round silver batter about the size of a nickel. Use your fingernails to push the silver click to one side and take out the battery. Buy a new one from Wal-Mart and put it in with the smooth side up then re-enter the CMOS setup information and the problem should be solved.

Error 0194 ibm think centre 8185 desktop

Try going into the Bios or System Setup and see if there are some settings for System Security or Asset ID Antenna. It sounds like something is set in the Bios. Turn the computer off, then turn it back on and watch the screen for which key it says to hit to get into the Bios or System Setup. Hit the key when you see the message or it will not work and you will have to reboot and try again.

Alert system fan has failed or not present press f1 to resume

One of the fans inside the tower no longer is spinning, and thus cannot cool your computer.

Take your computer to a qualified technician, for proper replacement of the "dead" fan.
