try to delete large file or free space your disk , you can see your CPU proccess in task manager if your cpu work 100 % ,that makes your laptop become slow , try to disable program on start up windows->run->msconfig disable program and then try to maintain your laptop performance with utilities like advance system care or tune up utilities , defrag your harddisk , if your laptop still slow , try to reinstall your OS if this happen , then your hardware have trouble

Icons on the desktop may slow down Mac?

Yes, it's true. But generally there are a variety of reasons that can consequently cause performance issues on your Mac. Meanwhile, there are certain ways through which you can do to fix one by one. However, if you prefer a more efficient way to resolve, try an all-in-one Mac speed up software as it can help resolve all issues in just a few clicks.

Memory full and slow

If you go into your control panel and click on system, you will be able to see how much memory you have. www.crucial.com is a free program that you run and it will also tell you and then let you know how much memory you can upgrade too.

Perhaps you were downloading the NET Framework 2.0, which is a system-related component and helps mostly with Microsoft-related desktop and online applications.
However, I don't believe NET can be the cause of your PC's unreliable performance. Make sure you always keep your security in check, check this short text on how to use free software to beef up your computer security and protect yourself from viruses, spyware and hacker attacks.
Then, regularly clean up your computer from unused software by uninstalling stuff you don't use, and lastly perform Disk Defragmentation (Right-click the C-drive in Windows Explorer, chose Properties-Tools and click Defragment).
Do the security checkup and disk defragmentation at least once a month and that should take care of any security issues and performance lags.

If this text was informative and helpful, please reward it with a Thumb Up. Thank you.

Failed to load kernel library

1)This happens when your hardisk memory is full or nearly full.
2)one thing every pc user should know ,"memory and speed are inversely proportional, that means if memory is high,pc slows down..
3)OR IF YOU ADD ADDITIONAL HARD DISK YOU SHOULD ALSO ADD RAM..
IF THESE ABOVE STEPS ARE NOT YOUR TROUBLE SHOOTERS THEN DO AS GIVEN
"START>RUN>REGEDIT>HKEY_CURRENT_USER(IN THIS YOU CAN FIND CONTROL PANEL,ENLARGE IT..YOU CAN FIND DESKTOP.CLICK ON IT AND ON MAIN SCREEN YOU CAN SEE A FILE "MENU SHOW DELAY",NOW MODIFY ITS VALUE TO 0 FROM 400... Network Load balancing

You can. But check for other issue which are hampering server performance. Load balancing will not improve performance. It to make application available in case of disaster. Infact it will increase the load on server.

HP Server at Office is Too Slow

You can increase the amount of system memory or even add another processor if you feel yours does not perform as well as you want them too. If you feel like it’s your system hard disk that’s bottle necking, then adding a larger drive is always an option.

Your best option, though, is to try and figure out what exactly is causing your server to run slow before you go out and by bigger and better components. This is easily done by using the server's Performance Monitor that is accessible through the Administrative Tools menu or by entering the PERFMON.msc command in at the Run prompt which can be found in your Start Menu. I am attaching a link that will take you to a “How to” guide on using the Perf. Mon. It’s very easy to follow and it provides a few screen shots to make sure you understand some of the instructions before you attempt to navigate the app yourself.

Towards the end of the guide, it mentions the possibility of a memory “leak” which you can observe through the PM app too. If this is your issue then you have a software problem rather than insufficient RAM. My second link will take you to a site that offers a “hotfix” for this issue. Let me know if this helps you.
