Question about Compaq iPAQ H3955 Pocket PC
I was told to do a hard reset because a program (Thompson Clinical Xpert) update did not completly remove it's previous version and won't allow more updates. "HELP" doesn't describe reset nor does the "Getting Started Manual" and there is no other manual. Soft reset did not fix the problem. The device works fine.
I did do a backup on a storage card but am not sure what do once a "Hard Reset is done either.
Can you give me some guidance? Be gentle I'm somewhat a novice. I do have my original disk,etc.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
