Although today there are smart phones, they are not smart enough to change a password. Only one person (YOU) is supposed to have the correct password. When you lost it, or really can't remember what you gave in, only one thing can be done, reset to factory settings and reinstall everything from scratch. And with an iPhone on iOS7 or iOS8 that is even not possible.
Try writing down all passwords you used last year and try them one by one is my advice.

How do I reset my password? If you're logged out of your account and you can't remember your password:
You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
