Re: xerox phaser 8560 ERROR: 09, 038, 46:15112
Yep. One of your ink sticks is stuck in the ink loader and not advancing down to the bottom of the ink loader.
Look where you add the sticks, I think off hand that .46 means its a black stick, but anyway, one stick is broken, cracked, twisted or otherwise for some reason not sliding down the loader.
If you have to remove them, take a screw, a drywall screw is best to twist into the ink block and slide it back and out to reload.

Sounds like the mainboard inside of the printer is bad.
Some things to verify this, make sure the cartridges that your using are original HP Cartridges and NOT 3rd party ones, even though 3rd party can work, its hit and miss and can cause sporadic problems.
If that doesn't fix it then try this troubleshooting step:
Reset process is........unplug power cable from the back of the unit, without turning it off, wait for about 10-15 secs & then while plugging in the power cable press & hold # key & the 3 key.....once u can see the unit powering on let the buttons go. Its important that you do the plugging in of the power cable while your holding these buttons on the printer........you will see a "partial reset" being displayed on the printer. If that does not do the trick you can try the same with the # key & the 6 key on the printer. This is a semi full reset.
If u still get the error msg its a hardware issue with the printer & cannot be fixed with regular troubleshooting. At that point unless the printer is under warranty I would replace it because parts aren't available for it.
Hello and Welcome Error 5100 means that the cartridge can not be detected by the printer. Actually the printer is not actually loading the cartridge and showing you the error 5100. To solve these follow the following steps. I hope it works
Turn off printer
Remove both the cartridges from the printer
Use a clothe moistened with alcohol to clean the surface contact on the cartridges where the terminals inside the printers touches
Return the cartridges
Turn on the printer.
Error will be removed

My MFC 665CW popped this same "Unable To Print 4F" error recently making the machine fully useless. Just an annoying triple beep and repeat error message to screen when trying to do anything at all with it. I wrote Brother about it. They said to check all through the machine (with a light) for any paper torn off inside, or unwanted foreign objects. This is a good step to do anyway to help maintain the printer. If that is not it, they said it would be a mechanical malfunction. I tried "resetting" by unplugging it for a while as they suggested to no avail. Also while I did find a bit of paper torn off down in my MFC 665 removing it had no effect.
Try to do a runtime calibration using your powerchute software or SNMP agent. Check what is the runtime there, or check the runtime setting of your Powerchute software, maybe it set to more than the actual runtime of the UPS.
The book says nothing about this error except turn off machine for 30 seconds and try again. If this dosen't work try unplugging machine, removing the batteries and then restart. CAUTION THIS WILL CLEAR ALL MEMORY!
Yes it is a print driver problem, Unplug usb, delete all previous attemps at install, delete print software and drivers, Download and install correct driver from HP, plug in usb only when directed to do so.
Fuser issues - if problem is reoccuring then you are looking at more expense, are all vents free of obstructions (folders leaning on machine sides/rear) is machine being flogged, is power supply consistent, maybe even fuser bought was faulty, many options, try doing a warranty claim on fuser or replace again, even better get another printer, welcome to our throw away world!
