Hi i had a copier 2 days ago e650 and really i dont know about toshiba copier , i know in canon , so while i turn it on start the screen showing the copier and then goes after 3-4 seconds to display call service . can i know how to solve it or to know what is the problem? thank you

Getting into the setting mode and changing ANYTHING could really be a bad day for the office and the owner of the copier. In the 90's the Toshiba's had 30some codes in the setting mode now days there is over4000. The Admin has pretty good training on how to retrieve or change codes. They even are given the service managers and or salesman's cell number if they get into an issue. start with the User manual usually kept behind the copier in its holder or under in the stand. then go to office manager and ask for help. If you got the copier used without a book(s) then it would be a great opportunity to get to know your Toshiba Business Solutions company Rep~ you'll probably need a Prevent/Maint in that case. hope this helped a little Tosh tech 23yrs~~sc
It does sound like your cmos battery. It is located on your system board. If your confident you can take the laptop apart and get the details from the battery and then goto a pc shop and buy a new one if not take the laptop to the shop and they can replace it for you.

Select Use Solution Menu to get the information on the machine or change the print settings by only clicking buttons on a screen. With Solution Menu, you can start the software applications supplied with the machine or display the operating instructions. It also provides you with the information on troubleshooting.

hello gud day. i have 2 toshiba dp 3580,i have no comment on this.its really heavy duty..the copy is very clear and everyday my machine always functioning.no problem at all..easy to maintain .always keep it clean..
Just press these keys with sequence and with in 2 or 3 seconds .first press clear,then auto photo mode select key,again clear ,auto photo key,.copier will go dead .now press 14 then start key.problem will bi removed.
