How do you test the deel xps 210 power supply?
Most laptop power supplies are made for a particular brand, so the best way to test is in another Dell laptop. The other way is using a voltimeter, first testing the power cord alone, and then testing the tiny connector.

The simplest way to solve this will be to get a power splitter. You should get one for around 2$. It will have a connector and two plugs(used to split the power supply into two.)

your power supply has shorted out. if your machine is under warranty, have dell send out a tech. if not, take it to a shop for repair.
